Returns Policy
How to Return a Product
Products can be returned by post or courier. Please email hello@ubfreewine.com for a return address. You will need your sales invoice (receipt) available as proof of purchase. Refunds will be credited against your original payment method, e.g., to the credit card you used to make the purchase.
Refunds or Exchanges
We apologize if you have received a faulty product or if you have received the wrong product. You are welcome to exchange or refund. Please email us at hello@ubfreewine.com to arrange this. Make sure you have your order details handy.
Faulty Products
Under the Consumer Guarantees Act, you are entitled to have your product replaced or refunded.
All products supplied by UBfree are vigorously tested to international standards. However, as with any mass-produced products, there will always be the probability that a tiny percentage may exhibit a fault.
Simply contact us at hello@ubfreewine.com to enquire about returning the product for inspection, refund, or exchange.
Damaged Product
If you suspect your product has been damaged during delivery, please do not throw away the parcel or cover in which the product came as we will need to inspect it. Please contact us at hello@ubfreewine.com, and we will organize the return of the product for inspection and endeavor to send you a replacement as soon as possible.
Backorders
If a product is temporarily out of stock, it will be placed on backorder, and we will notify you. If an item cannot source or place on backorder within five working days, we will refund you for that item.
